Privacy Policy

Everything personal stays on your device — your meditation settings, session history, streaks, all of it. I never see it. If you subscribe, Apple handles the payment; I only know that you have access. No tracking. No analytics. No ads. No selling your data. Ever.

Everything about your practice lives locally on your iPhone:

• Your meditation timer settings and saved presets
• Session history, statistics, and streaks
• Reminder preferences and theme choices
• Widget data (shared securely within the app)

This data never leaves your device unless you back it up through iCloud (which Apple encrypts).

When you purchase a subscription or lifetime access, Apple processes the payment. We use RevenueCat to sync your purchase status across devices. This means:

• We receive confirmation that you have premium access
• We never see your credit card, Apple ID password, or billing address
• Your subscription syncs automatically if you get a new device

These aren't just policies — they're principles I care deeply about:

• No ads — ever. Your practice deserves peace, not interruptions.
• No tracking or analytics. I don't watch what you do. Your journey is yours.
• No selling or sharing data. Your information isn't a product.
• No account required. Just download and practice. That's it.

Your data, your choice. Delete the app and all local data goes with it. If you want to cancel a subscription, you can do that anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID.

Presence Bell is designed for all ages, but we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app works without creating an account or providing any personal details.

If anything changes, we'll update this page with a new effective date. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the app.
