My reminders aren't showing up

First, make sure notifications are enabled for Presence Bell in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Presence Bell. Also check that Focus mode or Do Not Disturb isn't blocking them. If you're using Random Reminders (a premium feature), make sure you've set a valid time window.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, go to the premium screen (tap the upgrade option), and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't work, email me and I'll help sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not directly in the app. Go to Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Presence Bell → Cancel. You'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.

What's the difference between monthly and lifetime?

Monthly gives you premium features with a recurring charge. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium forever — no more payments, ever. If you plan to use Presence Bell for more than a few months, lifetime is the better value.

My widgets aren't updating

iOS controls when widgets refresh, and sometimes they lag behind. Try opening the main app once to sync the data, then give it a few minutes. If a widget is completely stuck, remove it from your home screen and add it again.

How do I delete my data?

All your data (settings, sessions, streaks) is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes everything. There's no cloud account to delete because we don't have one. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately through Apple before deleting.

Can I use the app on iPad or Apple Watch?

Presence Bell is currently designed for iPhone. iPad support may come in the future. Apple Watch is not currently supported, but I'm exploring options for future updates.

The bell sound isn't playing

Make sure your iPhone isn't on silent mode (check the physical switch on the side). Also verify that the bell volume slider in the app isn't set to zero. If you're using the "None" bell option, try switching to a different bell sound.
