These terms are written to be clear and fair. By using Presence Bell, you agree to them — but don't worry, there's nothing unusual here.
What You're Agreeing To
You get a personal license to use Presence Bell on your devices. Use it for your meditation practice, share it with friends by telling them about it, but please don't copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app itself.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Presence Bell offers both monthly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:
- Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
- Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- If you start a free trial and then subscribe, any unused trial time is forfeited
- The lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges
What the App Is (and Isn't)
Presence Bell is a meditation timer and mindfulness tool designed to support your practice. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a replacement for professional mental health care. If you're dealing with serious anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, please reach out to a qualified professional.
The Legal Stuff
Presence Bell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While I work hard to make it reliable, I can't guarantee it will work perfectly in every situation. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the app.
Updates & Changes
I may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms. For significant changes, I'll do my best to give you notice.
